Non-certified plans The site plans and drawings provided by Jobsite Plans are prepared for permit-submittal reference and general planning purposes only. They are non-certified documents. They are not certified surveys, engineered drawings, or architectural plans, and they are not signed or sealed by a licensed surveyor, engineer, or architect.

Not a boundary survey Our plans are not boundary surveys and must not be relied upon to determine legal property lines, easements, or encroachments. Property lines, corners, and boundaries can be certified only by a licensed land surveyor. Lot dimensions and features shown on our plans are derived from information you provide, publicly available parcel records, and aerial imagery, and are approximate.

Field verification required All measurements, dimensions, setbacks, and locations shown should be independently field-verified before purchasing materials or beginning any construction. Do not rely solely on our drawings for construction layout.

Permit approval not guaranteed Permit requirements vary by city, county, and jurisdiction and change over time. While we format our plans to be permit-ready, Jobsite Plans does not guarantee that any plan will be accepted or approved by your local permitting department. It is your responsibility to confirm your jurisdiction's specific submittal requirements before ordering and before submitting.

Customer-provided information The accuracy of every plan depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide (property address, project details, dimensions, and any survey or plat you share). Jobsite Plans is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobsite Plans and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our plans — including but not limited to permit denials, construction errors, fines, delays, property disputes, or costs of correction. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question.

No professional relationship Use of Jobsite Plans does not create a surveyor-client, engineer-client, architect-client, or attorney-client relationship. For certified surveys, engineering, or legal advice, please consult the appropriate licensed professional.
