Jobsite Plans provides custom, made-to-order digital site plans. Because each plan is created specifically for your property and delivered electronically, the following terms apply.
Before we start your plan If you cancel before we begin drafting, you're entitled to a full refund. Just email us at info@jobsiteplans.com with your order number.
Free revision Every plan includes one free revision. If something isn't right — a measurement, a label, the placement of your proposed structure — let us know and we'll correct it at no charge. Most concerns are resolved quickly this way.
If there's an error on our end If your delivered plan contains a mistake caused by us (for example, we misread information you provided correctly), we will fix it at no cost. If we cannot produce a usable plan for your project, we will issue a full refund.
Custom digital work Because our plans are custom-made and delivered as digital files, completed orders are generally non-refundable once the finished plan has been delivered. This is standard for personalized digital products.
What we can't refund for We cannot offer refunds for:
- Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer
- A permit being denied or delayed by your local jurisdiction (permit approval is never guaranteed — requirements vary by city and county)
- A change of mind after the finished plan has been delivered
- Failure to field-verify dimensions before construction
How to request a refund Email info@jobsiteplans.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We review every request individually and aim to respond within 24 hours. We're a small, customer-focused business and will always work with you to make things right.
