These Terms govern your use of the Jobsite Plans website and services. By placing an order, you agree to them.
What we provide Jobsite Plans is a drafting service that prepares custom, non-certified site plans (also called plot plans) for permit-submittal reference and general planning. We are not a licensed surveyor, engineer, architect, or law firm.
Nature of our plans Our plans are non-certified and are not boundary surveys, engineered drawings, or architectural plans. They are prepared from information you provide, public parcel records, and aerial imagery, and all dimensions should be field-verified. Full details are in our Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
No guarantee of permit approval Permit requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time. We format our plans to be permit-ready, but we do not guarantee that any plan will be accepted or approved by your local permitting department. Confirming your jurisdiction's requirements is your responsibility.
Your responsibilities You agree to provide accurate and complete information for your project. The accuracy of your plan depends on the accuracy of what you provide. You are responsible for verifying all measurements before purchasing materials or beginning construction.
Orders, pricing, and payment Prices are listed on our website and may change at any time. Orders are processed securely through Shopify. Add-on options (such as Rush Delivery) are billed in addition to the base plan and must be ordered together with a plan.
Turnaround Stated turnaround times are estimates that begin once we have received the information needed to start your plan. Rush Delivery prioritizes your order as described on its product page.
Revisions and refunds Each plan includes one free revision. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Intellectual property The drawings we deliver are for your use on the project you ordered them for. Our website content, branding, and templates remain the property of Jobsite Plans and may not be copied or resold.
Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobsite Plans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our plans or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question.
Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service means you accept the current version.
