Site plans, done right.
We make permit-ready site plans simple: order online, send your details, and get a clean, accurate, print-ready drawing back fast — no site visit, no drafting office, no runaround.
Who we are
A drafting service built for homeowners and contractors who just need a proper site plan for their permit.
Most permit offices ask for a scaled site plan (also called a plot plan) before they'll approve a fence, shed, driveway, deck, pool, addition, or garage. Hiring a surveyor or an architect for that is slow and expensive. We focus on doing exactly that one drawing — well, fast, and at a flat price.
Every plan shows your property lines, setbacks, existing structures, and proposed work, drawn to scale with dimensions, a north arrow, and a title block — the format permit reviewers expect. We work entirely remotely, so we can turn most plans around in about 24 hours.

An important note on accuracy
Our plans are non-certified and prepared from your documents, public parcel records, and aerial imagery for permit-submittal reference.
They are not boundary surveys — property lines are certified only by a licensed land surveyor. We always recommend field-verifying dimensions before construction and confirming submittal requirements with your local permitting department.
